You own it outright. We build it once.

We architect and deploy your PACS directly into your own OVHcloud account, for a single setup fee. When it's done, the system is entirely yours — your data, your infrastructure, your account. There is no ongoing obligation to us.

Hosting costs are paid by you, directly to OVH — never marked up, never routed through us. What we charge for is the work: the architecture, the configuration, the modality onboarding, and the documentation that makes the system maintainable long after we've finished.

What the setup includes

A dedicated DICOM archive, encrypted storage and transit, automated daily backups with point-in-time recovery, and your choice of viewer — OHIF for zero-install browser access, Weasis for full DICOM conformance, or both. Modality onboarding and user access are configured as part of the build, along with documentation thorough enough that a successor — yours or ours — could pick up where we left off.

After the build

Most practices choose to stay on a support contract, simply because it's one less thing to think about. It's entirely optional. If you'd rather manage things yourself from here, that's a perfectly good outcome too — and if something does come up later, occasional paid support is always available, with no contract required and no penalty for not having one.
